Born in Fort Lauderdale, raised in Boca Raton, and educated at Babson College, the licensed real estate broker and general contractor still calls Boca Raton home today.

After graduating from the University of Massachusetts, Tyler dove right into his family’s passioned career as a licensed real estate agent. With his local knowledge, Tyler effortlessly developed a keen eye for spotting areas primed for transformation. He quickly contributed to and invested in large-scale redevelopment projects within the downtown areas of Delray and Boynton Beach. 

His experience as an owner and developer of his own properties have helped build Tyler’s reputation as the “get it done guy” behind innovative and collaborative opportunities. Tyler works closely with city and county engineers and planners, municipal attorneys, community redevelopment agencies directors, property owners and local developers. Tyler’s well-honed niche enabled him to become a trusted local real estate consultant. His efforts have helped pave the way to millions of dollars in completed projects by enabling property owners and developers to gain essential knowledge of property entitlements, land development regulations, local codes and ordinances, and comprehensive plans.

Along the way, he has built relationships with those who appreciate and reach out for his ability to see the real value in tracts destined for future development, while keeping in place the character that makes Palm Beach County one of the most sought-after destinations in the country.

Melissa McKeown brings the experience as a former property owner who with her family navigated the challenges of selling property in Palm Beach County.
